The Watermans Arms, Brentford - pub details
Description
The Watermansis a beautiful, friendly "local" style pub with a top quality food offering. We serve both traditional British dishes and some delicious Japanese specialities. (Landlord Gordon Fry used to live there)
We serve Greene King, hand pulled ales, always offering I.P.A. and Abbot ale plus one other guest ale which changes all the time.
There's a good selection of bottled beers and ciders and a good variety of wines available by the glass and bottle.
We have live satellite T.V. including daytime games on Saturdays. We also have a lovely secluded patio garden at the rear with a covered, heated smoking area.
We are next door to a large Premiere Inn and we are 10 mins from Kew Gardens and just down the road from Twickenham.

Lovely looking pub. Unfortunately situated down a side street which could be missed by visitors. Very friendly staff. An excellent oasis-like garden at the back. Could do with another hand-pump. ixion - 7 Apr 2008 14:25

Visited this little place, while in the area on a trainng course. It was a Thursday night & we were very pleasantly surprised. Good beer, friendly landlord (Graham) & the food was excellent. Menu is very different too as it has an oriental slant - we found out the reason for this - Grahams wife's Japanese. A very pleasant evening. nick77777 - 17 Jun 2007 21:13
Great little pub if slightly hidden a way. Dartboard always a plus. Bar staff were very pleasant. Food looked and smelled good although I didn't actually sample any of it. Good atmosphere during the rugby. Thoroughly recommended. anonymous - 15 Feb 2007 15:05
