An absolute dive of a place. Everyone is served in whichever order someone shouts the loudest, and saw the "herman"of the bar, clean up, and then pack the bin down with his hands, then continue serving without washing. Avoid like the plague john9999 - 17 May 2012 21:32
This really is a bit of a dump. On my last visit, it was quite quiet and wasn't too bad. But on a busy Saturday night when it is packed with football fans, it's not the nicest place to be. The toilets in particular are shocking. If you've ever seen the film Trainspotting, you'll get the idea. Youngs London Gold, Greene King IPA, Abbot & Old Speckled Hen & Wells Bombardier pumpclips were displayed. But I'm not sure all were on. With the Doric Arch, Mabels, the Bree Louise and the Euston Tap all nearby, I doubt I'll be here again anytime soon. blue_scrumpy - 11 Sep 2011 17:58

This place reeks. The only greater stench than that emanating from the gents' toilets, is that given off by the obnoxious attitude of the odious bar staff. EnfieldTaaaanBlud - 30 Mar 2011 11:01
Marginally better than what you would expect from a pub close to a mainline station (would have gone in to the Doric only it was closed). Open plan kind of place with some ales on. Tried the Young's Gold which weren't particularly nice. There are far better places around the vicinity of the station. Snarling_Mallard - 31 Dec 2010 23:42
